Kessoncoda

Kessoncoda, a British duo, have earned notice for their spiraling, sonically textured fusion of jazz, indie rock, and ambient electronic traditions, which appears on the 2024 album Outerstate.

The pair comes from West London and includes keyboardist Filip Sowa together with drummer Tom Sunney. They blend acoustic and electronic instruments while drawing on an array of sources that range from jazz and progressive rock to ambient electronic grooves and the storytelling, atmospheric dimension of film soundtracks. All of these threads converge on their debut album, Outerstate, which surfaced in 2024.
