Palomo

Homero Palomo launched his career in the early 1990s by merging romantic ballads with traditional Mexican sounds. Once he had formed his own ensemble, Palomo moved into the tejano circuit, delivering covers of popular tracks while saluting Ramón Ayala. The band’s debut original album appeared in 1998; two years later came No Llores Mas, which featured the hit single “Te Vas Con El.” After the mid-2001 release of Fuerza Musical, the group ranked among the leading regional Mexican acts.
